William Cook
of Plymouth fl. 1870's
Probably the son of Samuel Cook, he painted many views of the coastlines of
Devon and Cornwall, as well as other landscapes. His characteristic use of
pink and brown can easily be recognized in his accurate rendering of rocks
and cliffs.
Almost always signed with his initials and the date.
