Artist's Biography:
William Williams (Exb. 1845-1876)
Born in Pen-ryn, Cornwall in 1808, known as a landscape painter, his subjects also included river, estuary and coastal scenes. He worked both in oil and watercolour and lived in Plymouth during the majority of his life, later moving to Bath, Torquay and finally Topsham, where he died in 1895.

Exhibited 31 at the RA, 40 at the British Institution and 56 at Suffolk Street
